Returns & Refunds Policy
Timeout Biliards accepts returns on eligible items that are unused, uninstalled, and in original condition with all original packaging and accessories intact. Return requests must be submitted within thirty days of delivery unless otherwise stated.
Customized items, special orders, clearance items, final sale products, and gift cards are not eligible for return. Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be refused or subject to partial refund.
Return authorization must be obtained before shipping any item back. Returns sent without authorization may be refused. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping method.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us immediately and should not open the package or discard any packaging materials. Damage claims must be processed with the shipping carrier before a replacement or refund can be issued.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times vary by financial institution and typically take several business days. Partial refunds may apply if items are returned in non-original condition.
International returns are subject to return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees, which are non-refundable. Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process. Custom and special-order items cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
