Payment & Shipping Information

All prices displayed on TimeoutBiliards.com are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. When placing an order through our secure online checkout, credit cards are not charged until the order has shipped. PayPal orders are charged at the time the order is placed.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. PayPal availability may vary depending on country. If a payment cannot be processed, please ensure that all billing details, including card number, expiration date, name, and address, exactly match the information on file with your card issuer. Incorrect billing information may result in delays. If verification is required, we will contact you using the email provided during checkout.

Timeout Biliards ships quickly and reliably across the United States and to most international destinations. Shipping costs can be estimated by adding items to your shopping cart and using the shipping estimator at checkout. Orders shipping to freight forwarding services may be held for up to seventy-two hours as part of fraud prevention procedures.

Some orders may require a delivery signature, particularly for higher-value shipments. In certain cases, carriers may leave packages without a signature at their discretion. Timeout Biliards is not responsible for carrier delivery decisions.

International customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees required by their country. These charges are not included in shipping costs and must be paid upon delivery if applicable.

Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In-stock standard orders typically ship within two business days after payment authorization. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders requiring customization or special handling may require additional processing time.

If a shipping issue occurs, customers should contact us using the Help button on our website or reply to their order confirmation email. If a package arrives damaged, it should not be opened and all packaging materials must be retained so a claim can be properly processed.
